Pier 3 - The Dock
Some days, even a check-in feels too much.
When emotions storm inside, I can’t always find the words — but I can still show up.
That’s why I decided to leave a small mark each day.
A simple check mark.
It says: I was here.
Not to prove progress.
Not to fix anything.
Just to remind myself that presence is enough.
Because showing up — even quietly, even trembling —
is how the Lighthouse keeps its light alive.
